One Door Mental Health is committed to improving the circumstances and welfare of people with lived experienced of mental illness, their relatives and carers, and professionals working in the area.
Based at our Gladesville head office, you will provide support administrative support to the HR Manager and General Manager of Corporate Services.
This is a broad role covering posting of job ads, new employee onboarding, preparation of employee documentation and overseeing compliance for employment checks.
You will also be responsible for fleet management, coordinating property leases for our various sites in NSW and site utilities and services.
No two days are the same in this varied role where you will be a key team member assisting with general administrative support at our Support Hub.
What you can bring to the role:
We are looking for someone who as well as bring experience to this role, has a can do attitude.
- At least 5 years general office and facilities administration.
- A willingness to take ownership of a variety of duties and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem solving skills and proven experience identify and implement process improvement.
- Strong software skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
